Sakura Sakurakouji is a beautiful girl who appears modest and graceful. But in reality she is a tomboy with a strong sense of justice... and a master of martial arts. On her way home she witnesses a boy burning someone alive with a blue flame and the very next day she is startled to see the same boy as a transfer student in her class. His name is Rei Ougami and he is a self-proclaimed "Code Breaker," whose mission is to bring criminals to justice by eliminating their lives... Why did Rei choose to get involved in Sakura's life?
