Matsuda has just begun his life as a University student and is starting to experience the Tokyo life he's always dreamed of. Soon enough, he acquaints himself with his next door neighbor: Yaotome, a shabby-looking fellow that’s tough on the outside, but soft on the inside. Or is it the other way around...? Matsuda can’t seem to figure Yaotome out at first, but soon enough, their acquaintance evolves into friendship, and the two begin to uncover new sides of each other.
