Yuzaburo Senbonmatsu jumped into the acting world wanting to become a hero! He finally earned a regular spot on the new show "Medical Fighters, Dr. Five". However, the role turned out to be not the hero, "Doctor Red", but the villain, "Dispoise"! To further complicate things, Masaru Nishioka, the "real" Doctor Red, has a wild side, and after a day of filming Senbonmatsu discovers that when Red isn't on the set, he likes to do things that aren't quite heroic...
