Who says crime doesn't pay ? Not Rashomon Emi, a 19-year-old, fun loving, materialistic bounty huntress. Tokyo in the year 201X is not place where you want to be. Now the crime capital of the world, the police are so overwhelmed they put out bounties on criminals that the police have given up on. Rashomon Emi's target : the terrorist organization Megalith.
