Hina is an innocent young schoolgirl, straightforward and honest with her feelings. When a new neighbor moves in next door, she is instantly drawn to him, although he seems to be aloof. The next day at school, her new neighbor turns out to be her new substitute teacher, Aso Shiro. His presence creates a commotion at the all-girls school. Hina likes the simple things in life . holding hands, hugging cats, walking home together, etc. And being able to experience these things with Aso fills Hina with a warm fuzzy feeling - is this love?
